You will have your own helpdesk! Raise a ticket, tell me what you need and we’ll be in touch within 48 business hours. For bigger projects we may need to book a zoom call in. Once your ticket is raised the work will be allocated to the right team member and Hey Presto it’s done!

I need time, so I ask for 30 days notice in writing (don’t send me a scroll, and email will suffice). You’ll be charged for 1 month of support if you cancel before the minimum period is up.
